- Include as much information as possible when writing
the description. Include a DETAILED explanation of what's happening to
your account, this is the only way that we can help you out.
IMPORTANT:
You will need to follow the rules posted above and in

case of violation of the rules, we have the right to permanently suspend
your account regarding support requests.
